Application tips

Use twice a day after brushing your teeth. Fill the measuring cup up to the marked line (15 ml). Rinse undiluted for a maximum of 30 seconds and rinse. For children between 7 and 10 years of age, fill the measuring cup with 3-4 teaspoons of the rinse (=10 ml).
